Returns & Refunds Policy

At Baking Beauty and Beyond, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In its original condition

Items that have been used or opened may not be eligible for a return.

How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email ryan@bakingandbeauty.com to request a return and include your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for standard returns. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Please allow the relevant processing time for your payment provider or bank for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at ryan@bakingandbeauty.com. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate remedy. This may include a replacement, repair or refund. If an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, Baking Beauty and Beyond will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item. Please contact us before sending a faulty or damaged item back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

No Exceptions

Our return policy applies to all products we sell. There are no product-specific exceptions to this policy.
